Subtle Post by Maes Terms & Conditions Last Updated: 01/01/2026 By subscribing to Subtle Post by Maes (“the Club”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. 1. Subscription Overview Subtle Post by Maes is a recurring monthly subscription service. Members receive one physical mail drop per month, which includes: Three (3) printed photo keepsakes Curated stationery and/or junk journaling ephemera Occasional creative extras Membership is billed at $15.00 USD per month. 2. Billing & Payment Subscription payments are automatically charged each month on the date of your original signup. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing until cancellation. Prices are subject to change with prior notice to members. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership. 3. Cancellation Policy Members may cancel at any time by submitting a written cancellation request via email to: maesphotobooth@gmail.com Cancellations become effective on the date the request is received. Refunds will be prorated based on the date of cancellation within the current billing cycle. Example: If you cancel halfway through your billing cycle, you will be refunded the unused portion of that month’s subscription. Once a monthly mail drop has been processed and shipped, that month is considered fulfilled and non-refundable. 4. Shipping & Delivery Mail drops are shipped once per month. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service operations. Subtle Post by Maes is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier. Members are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the member. 5. Lost or Damaged Mail Once mail has been handed to the postal service, Subtle Post by Maes is not liable for: Lost packages Stolen mail Postal delivery errors If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo documentation. Replacement eligibility will be determined at our discretion. 6. Member Photo Submissions Members may voluntarily submit up to three (3) photos for consideration in future mail drops. By submitting photos, you confirm: You own the rights to the images You grant Subtle Post by Maes permission to print and distribute the images within the subscription club You understand submission does not guarantee selection Photo credit will be given if requested. Subtle Post by Maes reserves the right to decline any submission at its discretion. 7. Creative Content & Variations Each monthly drop is curated and may vary in: Design Stationery items Printed photo style Extras included All sales are for curated creative experiences, and specific items are not guaranteed. 8. Intellectual Property All branding, designs, curated materials, and original photography created by Maes remain the intellectual property of Subtle Post by Maes and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission. 9. Limitation of Liability Subtle Post by Maes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from membership participation. Membership is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 10.
